One of WFC’s thirteen conservation easement properties, Ever-Breeze Farm is a 110 acre farm in Westerly that has been family-owned since 1961.  It is located just north of Dunns Corner on Bradford-Dunns Corner Road.  This Protected Property has a long history of active agricultural use that continues today.   Historically a dairy farm, it is now home to beef cattle, free range chickens, rabbits and honeybees.    The property is entirely agricultural and comprised of verdant pastureland, hayfields, two pristine fresh water farm ponds, and a farmstead area of barns, garages, and a variety of agricultural structures including rabbit hutches and chicken coops with plenty of space for the animals to roam and graze.  Additionally, a historic cemetery as well as historic fieldstone walls can be found on this New England farm.  With the aid of the WFC, Ever-Breeze Farm has the ability to forever retain its agricultural state and preserve the natural beauty of its farm land – a welcomed and picturesque part of the Westerly landscape.
